concept is Team Avalon's way of
making sure that survivors of abuse are accompanied on their
path to independence every step of the way. From shelter
intake to successful transition into her own permanent
housing, Avalon works with a woman--equipping
her with community resources, life skills courses, and
emotional well-being.
