2005-2008

1. Increase Avalon's visibility and credibility and its mission in the community and with allied professionals.

2. Develop longe-range financial security.

3. Recruit, develop, and maintain a professional staff.

4. Continue to develop and utilize an effective Board of Directors and Advisory Board.

5. Continue to improve and enhance the services provided for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
